Overall, no real issue at this price point. Booked very last second due to change in travel plans. Got in after 1am and the front desk clerk was super nice and accommodating. Property felt safe and in an alright location. Room was clean, but would be even better with a refresh. Beds were super comfortable and well paired with pillows and linens. An odd one I wasn’t expecting was water pressure and water temperature weren’t consistent. I needed to wait a good 3 minutes for hot water to come from the shower. The pressure also dropped quite low at one point during one of my showers but picked right back up after a few minutes. Perhaps multiple people were showering but never experienced that before. Breakfast is an offering - wraps up at 9am as of the time of this post. For the price point, this place did just fine. I’ll expect a few quirks. This place will be even better with an update.

Liay at the front desk was sooooo helpful! We arrived early and she allowed us to check in anyway. She was super informative in giving us the transportation to our cruise the following day. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Outstanding hotel stay, comfortable king bed, clean room, exceptional hospitality, and the friendliest staff. We are from Ft. Lauderdale, and chose here to stay because we attended our nephews playoff game at Leto park which is adjacent to the hotel. If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely return. recently stayed at Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North. Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. My bathtub wasn’t fully clogged, but the drainage was very slow. This made me doubt whether the tub had been properly cleaned, especially since there was an open soap bar left on the soap holder when I checked in. There were also some permanent stains on the bathtub floor, which didn’t look great, though the rest of the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The room had the usual amenities—shampoo, conditioner, body lotion—and the towels and blankets were clean. Not a bad stay, but the bathroom cleanliness and drainage definitely need attention.

Had a great experience. The lemon water in lobby is very refreshing. The coffee was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh every morning. The staff was very polite and nice. Also, they cleaned my rooom everyday. 5* recommendations highly

My name is Ken and I stayed in room 401. I travel for work and stay in hotels all over the country. It was so refreshing to stay in a place that actually knows what customer service is. Sadly that's a rare find today. My stay was delayed due to a work issue and Justine, Stephanie, and Calvin were awesome. The rooms are very clean and quiet. One of the best stay I've ever had even considering the circumstances I was stuck away from home during Christmas.

This location was very convenient to the airport and a short uber ride to some sights we were able to catch. Truly the staff is the magic here. Our room was neat and clean and they had a little selection of snacks to purchase. They were attentive to all our needs and concerns and I truly cannot thank Justine enough for making sure her staff knew the crazy details of our arrival. It’s not often you get a GM assisting and caring enough to be involved. True the area hasn’t much around but everything was available on Uber Eats and we were able to get around. The area was quiet and safe and that’s more important to me. We only did breakfast one day and it was sufficient, was towards the end so not much restocked. The beds were great and very comfortable especially for me with back issues. Excellent stay and staff actually cares and even seem very happy here.

Ended up here after my flight was cancelled. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. At breakfast, someone grabbed my kids waffle out of the waffle iron. Attendant made and brought them a new one. Even though I had a reservation, Enterprise was out of cars. The lady at the front desk arranged a car service to take us to Ft Myers
